This memo is in reference to HyattWard Advertising. Hyatt was first contacted last year to help our Corporation gain a new identity and change our less than impressive and professional image. Adrian Hyatt-Ward and team prepared a market launch plan including several creative options in record, low-cost time.
Since that time we have grown to rely on HyattWard for all of our creative including TV, radio, print, web site creation and management and career fairs. Hyatt has created a positive image with leads growing 64% over same time last year. Their work is always accurate, impressive and very affordable. Many of our competitors have either made positive comments or have tried to copy our approach.
It is a pleasure to work with this fine team who have been there where I needed them and will continue to be our exclusive agency of record.
